Returns & Exchanges

At BR Pro Poker, we want you to look as sharp as your game; if your apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return quickly.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
